In 2012 she moves to Berlin and for three years she collaborates with the performance collective the–family with which she performs in various cultural entities throughout Europe as the Astrup Fearnley Museum in Oslo or the Chisenhale Gallery in London. During her stay in Berlin, she directs her first fiction short film: Bad Lesbian<\/em>. After four years in Germany, she decides to return to her hometown where she has shot her next short film as a writer and director: Suc de S\u00edndria<\/em> (Watermelon Juice) premiered at Berlinale Shorts. \n<\/strong>After a decade working as a personal assistant and script supervisor, in 2013 she wrote and directed the documentary short film,\u00a0The Show,<\/em> screened at international festivals and institutions.\u00a0It\u2019s Never Darker\u00a0<\/em>(2014) is her first documentary feature film, well received by audience and critics. Founder of Antivaho Cinematogr\u00e1fico with Xavier Esteban, she is currently working on the documentary feature film\u00a0Perif\u00e8ria<\/em>\u00a0(Outskirts) as a producer and screenwriter.\u00a0Panthers\u00a0is her first fiction\u2019s work, short film as a prelude to the feature film in development,\u00a0The Quiet Women<\/em>. \n<\/strong>Carlota Pereda has spent her career working in TV fiction. She has been a screenwriter and script supervisor for series such as Periodistas<\/em> and Motivos Personales<\/em>, has directed series, El secreto de Puente Viejo<\/em>, LEX and Lalola and has worked as [realizadora] on series such as Los Hombres de Paco, Red Eagle, Luna,<\/em> The Mystery of Calenda<\/em> and B&b, de boca en boca<\/em>. Her fist short, The Blondes<\/em>, was selected in over 137 festivals worldwide and\/or awarded in prestigious festivals such as Medina del Campo, La semana del Corto, Certamen Internacional de Cortometrajes Ciudad de Soria or CortoEspa\u00f1a. Piggy<\/em> is her second short film as a director and already has several selections in screenwriting festivals such as Oaxaca Film Festival (nominated for Perfect Page and Best international Screenplay), Austin Film Festival, Busca Film Festival, Shriekfest, GenreBlast, Austin Revolution Film festival and WeScreenplay, amongst others.<\/p>\nWith the friendly support of<\/h4>\n
