Loosely based on Dante\u2019s Divine Comedy, The Divine Way<\/em> takes viewers along on the protagonist\u2019s epic descent through an endless labyrinth of staircases. As the woman journeys deeper, the staircases mutate and she is trapped and pulled into their dangerous landscape, conducting us through more than fifty magnificent locations.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>Ilaria Di Carlo is a visual artist working in the fields of experimental film, video art and performance. She graduated from the Fine Arts Academy in Rome and from Central Saint Martin\u2019s in London. She subsequently studied Film at the SAE Institute of Berlin. \n<\/strong>Rain Kencana was born in Jakarta Indonesia. At the age of five she moved to Berlin. She started to study editing at the German film school Konrad Wolf. She works as an editor for commercials and all narrative formats. In addition to editing she is very passionate about directing her own dance films. Her shorts have traveled the world at numerous festivals. She also works as a dramatic advisor at the theatre for various dance productions. Rain is based in Berlin.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>Hannah Martin studied Theatre and Media Studies at the University of Bayreuth before working as an assistant director and dramaturg at a theatre in Berlin. She completed her degree in script writing at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin in 2017, and has since been working at a consulting agency for artificial intelligence. Here, she has taken on the role of a strategic communications expert, while simultaneously exploring the working world and the earnestness of life. Works of art are the occasionally byproduct of Hannah\u2019s insatiable hunger for pleasure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Melanie Waelde grew up amidst churches and cows, before eventually leaving Bavaria for Berlin. Until 2017, she studied script writing at the German Film and Television Academy. Since then she has been working as a freelance author and as a filmmaker and is based in Potsdam. Her documentary \u201cLike in Africa\u201d was awarded the German Young Filmmakers\u2019 Prize in 2015. Melanie indulges in the absurdities of life and is quite fond of anything that is colorful.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>Christobal Araneda was born on 27 February 1996 in Santiago de Chile. Raised in Brazil, he began studying directing at the age of 18 at the Academia Internacional de Cinema in S\u0101o Paulo. During this time he worked as Assistant Producer on several films and also gained work experience in theatre. After completing his studies in 2016, he spent several months in Cuba doing a specialization course in directing actors at the Escuela Internacional de Cine y TV. In September 2017 he moved to Germany to study Filmmaking at the dBs Film School and has been living in Berlin since then. Seed<\/em> was his final project at dBs and his first short film as director.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>Marcus, a GDR child (*28.12.1984 in Hoyerswerda), almost born in a Trabi, dialect after 2 beers: Saxon, has experienced the craziest things on his travels for several projects all over the world (ask him, it\u2019s worth it!). He got into the top qualification program TP2 Talentpool, developed the award winning science fiction short movie Schwarzatmen<\/em>\u00a0and studied at the German Film- and TV Academy Berlin. He directed music videos, movies, commercials and short films like Q<\/em> shot in Iceland, where he learned to love the rain.<\/p>\n
